4.0I did not like the stay. The picture on the app is misleading and the actual property is very old and unkempt. There is only one male caretaker who attends to all your needs.
− The double room given to us was not good. It was unclean, not well ventilated. Furniture was old and in a poor condition. Although, later I noticed there were other better rooms which were unoccupied at the time of our check-in and could be given to us. Washroom was very bad, towels were so rough we couldn't use them. The property has nothing for children although there is space which is not well maintained. There aren't any recreational facilities. The property is very poorly maintained and gives a very sad, gloomy vibe although the location is nice and fresh.

6.0The property is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. It is clean, and the staff was courteous and helpful.
− For the price of around INR 5500, the in-room facilities were quite lacking. There were no toiletries provided, and the washroom did not meet expectations, with rusted taps and piping due to salt water. Basic amenities like a water kettle, complimentary tea bags, and coffee pouches were missing, and only two 500ml water bottles were provided. Additionally, the in-house restaurant had very limited options. The bed mattress was too hard, whereas hotels usually provide a comfortable and soft mattress for a good night's sleep.
All in all it was a great stay. The property look and feel was exactly same as shown on the website.
9.0Location was great as the property was surrounded by greenary. The entire property and rooms were maintained with cleanliness. The staff was very supportive and co-operative. Mr. Prathamesh who is the care taker is very soft spoken and offered us a great hospitality.
− Some hanging facility should be provided for clothes in the bathroom behind the door may be and also on the walls in the room. The dustbin should be placed in dry area rather than placing it below the washbasin which makes it wet and unhygienic.
