− No cold water in tap to be able to fill up kettle. There was a small bottle of water on tea tray which made one and a half cups of tea. After a long drive and a warm evening with facilities shut it was disappointing.

− Would have been nice if Bistro was open for evening meals.

− Room was crawling with ants. Bed, floor, bathroom, dressing table, bedside tables, wardrobe. Nobody to speak to between 9pm and 7am.
Made very welcome and excited staff, and work as a team and lovely atmosphere

Please note, breakfast can be arranged from 7:30 with prior notice with the property using the Special Requests box upon booking or using the contact details in the booking confirmation.
Please note the property does not have the facility to accommodate evening meals. Food is served in the on-site cafe until 15:00 with a snack and bar area open until 6pm.
Included in your stay is use of our spa facilities for a 90 minute period. This can be booked in on your arrival. If you wish to use the spa facilities for more than 90 minutes you can upgrade to a spa day for an extra £40 per day. This will need to be pre-booked with reception by calling 01531 671141.
