9.0La posizione è centrale, non lontana dal porto. La zona è ben servita, con diversi bar e anche un supermercato Coop nelle vicinanze. L'appartamento è pulito, accogliente e ben curato.

10.0Las instalaciones, el buen gusto en la decoración, la gentileza de los propietarios. Te reciben con botellas de agua en el frigobar. Tiene un sector comedor con equipamiento completo. Tanto la habitación como el baño son amplios. Está muy bien ubicado.
