7.0− Aparte badkamer. Steeds de gang door om bv tijdens de nacht naar wc te gaan

8.0Emplacement, Logement, amabilité et efficacité du propriétaire.
− Pour information : Obligation de fournir une heure d'arrivée même dans le créneau horaire donné.... Le stationnement dit "privé" se fait a l'extérieur du terrain du logement, sur le trottoir... Il n'y a pas de cuisine partagée.... Inspection systématique de la chambre pendant le petit déjeuner sans en avoir été informé.... Lors de notre départ le propriétaire a "gentiment " déposé sur nos bagages le sac poubelle de la salle de bain contenant nos ordure (cotons tiges, quelques cotons, rouleau de papier wc vide et un capsule de yogourt...)....

10.0Très bon accueil et petit déjeuner fabuleux (beaucoup de choix, viennoiseries, différents pain, fromage, charcuterie, confitures et même des petits chocolat !)
− C'était la canicule, il y avait 30° et notre chambre était en plein soleil ! Malheureusement pas d'air conditionné mais heureusement quand même un ventilateur.

9.0Molto ben pulito, colazione buona, proprietario sempre disponibile e simpatico. Il rapporto qualità prezzo, specialmente per viaggio di lavoro, è senz'altro suggeribile. Ci ritorno in ogni occasione si renda utile in zona.
