Alojamiento por debajo de lo esperado con ubicación magnifica
7.0La ubicación, la tranquilidad del entorno donde está el alojamiento y los exteriores con un jardín y un lago espectacular.
− La experiencia no se correspondió con el alojamiento que se nos ofreció ni con las expectativas generadas. No esperábamos tener que preparar nosotros mismos el desayuno y, además, la calidad de los productos era muy básica (chóped y queso en blíster, zumo envasado, etc.). Por otro lado, el servicio de limpieza fue claramente insuficiente. Dejamos las toallas usadas en el suelo de la ducha para que fueran sustituidas, pero al regresar por la tarde seguían en el mismo lugar. Tampoco se había limpiado la ducha ni se habían repuesto las toallas. Lo mismo ocurrió con el jabón de manos: se terminó el primer día y no fue reemplazado durante el resto de la estancia. En conjunto, son aspectos que nos hicieron sentir que el alojamiento no ofrecía el nivel de servicio que se anunciaba ni el que esperábamos al realizar la reserva.

9.0A little private haven inside the forest. The proximity of the nature is beyond calming, and as there are only 5 apartments, it feels like you are alone with your partner. Even it is possible to enjoy both the jacuzzi and the sauna in the common area whenever you'd like to. The apartment is stylish and really comfortable, and its highlight is definitely the king size bed. The perfect choice for honeymoney or for just a nice, cozy, private getaway for couples:)
− We had some issue with the microwave oven. No matter how we tried to make it function, we couldn't succeed. Beside that, the orange juicer placed in the apartment for us, wasn't functioning either.
Best place to stay in Furnas!
10.0Loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. Beautifully appointed units. Great breakfast and awesome location. We loved our stay here.
− I loved everything here - no complaints! One piece of feedback: consider putting out the pool towels in the units. We did not know we could ask for them and could have used a few on our island adventures visiting beaches.

1.0The property looks nice. The bed looked comfy
− We just couldn't stay at the room. The smell of wet and mold just couldn't let us through the evening. We saw small white bugs near the kitchen which made us suspect of mold in the area. After a while in the apartment we started noticing we cannot breathe properly so we immediately contacted through booking the customer service plus the owner. The owner didn't respond at all, when the customer service talked with him/her they refused to give us our money back. This is health issue from first degree. In addition, no one came to check us, the owner did not contacted us and we left the property at the same night as we couldn't stay there at al!! This is just how owner disrespect his customers. Nothing less, nothing more. I do not recommend this place at all. The hot tub was dirty, the outdoor chairs were dirty, there were hairs in our apartment and honestly? 1.1K euros for 2 nights in this horrible place is just a theft.
