10.0Everyone was extremely kind and accommodated all of our requests. The breakfast was delicious! A large variety of foods, and the terrace where we had breakfast was lovely! We stayed in one of the rooms with the balcony, it was very spacious and super clean.
An unforgettable vista and comfortable hotel with great food and super helpful staff.
10.0Breakfast was tasty and fulfilling. The scenery looking over the Mediterranean while eating was dreamlike, simply outstanding. The staff members Claudia and Maria were extremely patient with our many questions and helpful in every way possible.
− This isn’t the fault of the hotel, but customers who arrive without their own autos, will have to walk up steep steps to reach Ravello square or else take a taxi or use the communale bus. Maria helped us understand how to summon the bus and understand its schedule, so it worked out perfectly for us.

10.0Beautiful place with an amazing location. Just cross the street and climb the stairs to the city. Breakfast on the terrace with that view is spectacular- lots of delicious food. Shout out to Claudia, she is lovely and kind

8.0The views from the terrace at the property are amazing. The rooms are modern, very clean and well equipped. When our air con stopped working, we were moved to another room promptly which was even better than our original room. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious, with pots of options.
− The photos indicated sunbeds on the terrace which were not there, and the terrace is not as big as the photos would suggest.
