1.0− Titolare invadente Camera con bagno in comune e non pulita Letto doveva essere più di 2 metri e non è nemmeno 1.90(io sono alto 1.96) Riscaldamento non funzionante In cucina abbiamo trovato il latte aperto e avariato L acqua bottiglia già aperta e più di metà già consumata Niente per riscaldare il latte In bagno vasca arrugginita ,e rubinetteria piena di calcare e acqua appena tiepida Parcheggio inesistente (solo a fortuna)

2.0− La mia permanenza in questa struttura è stata purtroppo molto negativa. Innanzitutto, la stessa chiave apriva sia la camera sia il bagno in comune, una situazione inaccettabile dal punto di vista della sicurezza e della privacy. Inoltre, il proprietario accedeva alla mia camera senza preavviso, per spegnere le luci: un comportamento inappropriato e invadente. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo si è rivelata inesistente: per tutta la settimana era disponibile solo latte a lunga conservazione nel frigo. Durante la notte, il corridoio rimaneva completamente buio, rendendo difficile e pericoloso raggiungere il bagno e se accendevo le luci, le trovavo subito spente. Nonostante la promessa di un parcheggio sicuro, l’area non era protetta e la mia auto a noleggio è stata danneggiata; ho dovuto coprire personalmente le spese di riparazione. Infine, il comportamento del proprietario è risultato poco chiaro: spesso si nascondeva nel suo ufficio al buio, spiando gli ospiti. Un’esperienza che non consiglio assolutamente, soprattutto per chi cerca sicurezza, rispetto e trasparenza.

7.0The room was spacious & clean.
− Because I don't drink coffee, the breakfast consisted of a packaged bun and nothing more. Certainly not what was pictured. The parking situation was not on site, rather a block away. The balcony was nice, the view was not.
