1.0Hiçbir şeyi, dolandırılmaya çalışıldım. Tek iyi nokta Booking'in iptal ücreti almaması, bu da doğal olanıydı.
− Amsterdam'a gidişimden birkaç gün önce rezervasyon yaptırdım. Iptal edilemez ve para iadesi olmayan bir tesisti. Nasılsa iptal etmeye gerek olmadığını düşünerek rezervasyon yaptım. Hemen mesaj geldi link attılar ve ödeme yapmam gerektiğini söylediler. Tabi bu dolandırıcılığa düşmedim. Dolandırıcı olduklarını anladım ama iptal edersem Booking tüm tutarı kartımdan çekecekti. Böyle bir açık bulmuşlar. Bunu da yapmadım durumu Booking'e de ilettim ama dönüş olmadı. Chechk'in için gittiğimde tabi kapı duvardı. Sonunda tesisin gerçek yetkilisine ulaştım telefonda kendisi hacklendiğini ödeme yapmamam gerektiğini, durumu Booking'e bildirmem gerektiğini söyledi. Ben tabi yağmur altında farklı bir yer aradım. Berbat bir deneyimdi. Booking'e defalarca bildirmemin sonucunda 3-4 gün sonra hacklenme olayının doğru olduğu, iptal ücreti alınmayacağı ve rezervasyonu iptal ettiklerini belirttiler. Sonu iyi bitti ama berbat bir deneyimdi.
