− The check-in/check-out hours were extremely strict and enforced (in not before 4PM, out not later than 9AM), which deprived a lot the value of the staying.

10.0Camera (quella con vasca idromassaggio) spaziosissima e bagno enorme (doppio lavandino, vasca idromassaggio grandissima, ma con utilizzo da pagare eventualmente a parte); struttura pulita, nuova, con ottimi infissi, in zona residenziale e tranquilla. Insomma: tutto benissimo. Colazione buona e varia per essere un b&b: cornetti vuoti caldi (probabilmente quelli congelati da rimettere in forno) da poter farcire con nutella o marmellate; frutta fresca di qualità, mandorle, pane fresco, e quant'altro necessario per un'ottima colazione italiana, anche se senza un'offerta salata.
− Se ci fosse anche un minimo di scelta salata nella colazione, sarebbe il top.
