10.0Wonderful small chalet to stay at, very spacious, cozy bed, great bathroom, and not to forget a wonderful super friendly host Donna who has been most kind to us! Thank you very much!
Nice enough, but not ideal for us.
7.0Pleasant, large, nicely furnished room with a bathroom and bath en-suite - brilliant, we aren’t fans of showers. The little kitchen area was useful and great to have a sofa and dining table. Comfortable bed.
− The fridge was switched off and we didn’t realise, so the things we put in to keep cold, didn’t. Would be useful to tell guests they need to switch it on - although for one night, it would take a while to get to a useable temperature anyway. The setting wasn’t very green and a bit enclosed, which wasn’t ideal for us. I am very reactive to ‘air fresheners’ and checked the room, but missed a plug in behind a desk, which meant I had a bad night and headache the next day. Next time we stay somewhere, I will ask. Ground floor, so it didn’t feel that safe to have the windows open. Locks that allow windows ajar would help. Bit hard to find the property when we arrived.
Highly recommend.

Sabine Barn was in a great location and the hosts were welcoming but bedding was uncomfortable.
8.0Donna (host) cooked us a lovely breakfast and was warm and inviting. The accommodation was quiet and the bathroom was new and spacious and had a lovely bath. The area was close to Oxford and Blenheim Palace and several wonderful gastro-pubs.
− The mattress was quite hard on the bed base and there were unsupportive pillows, The view out the window is also of a carport under construction.

Car parking is at the rear. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
