− Iako je smještaj rezerviran na vrijeme i potvrđena rezervacija, na dan putovanja saznajemo da je smještaj ipak popunjen te nas ne može primiti. Vrlo neposlovno i nekorektno da nas se nije obavijestilo o istome barem dan ranije. Gospođa nudi alternativni smještaj po skupljoj cijeni kod svoje kolegice koja se ne bavi iznajmljivanjem (soba u privatnoj kući) i to po većoj cijeni od rezervirane.

− Rezervaciju nisu proveli preko Bookinga i došli smo iz Zagreba na svadbu da bi nam rekli da oni su popunjeni i da smo već treći koje su poslali dalje. Znači odradili duplu rezervaciju pa nek se snađemo. Strašno...velika 0
