10.0I felt relaxed and comfortable the staff are very approachable and friendly, as a solo traveller they made my stay enjoyable, not overly in your face and giving space but friendly. Gave good advice regarding the local area smd walks. They work very hard. Free Tea & Coffee always a bonus.
