8.0Rachel is echt geweldig vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Ook de dames van het ontbijt zijn vriendelijk.
− Accomodatie is netjes en schoon maar eenvoudig en ik vind dan relatief duur. Best veel buiten geluid omdat je in stad zit ( en enkelglas) maar is na 22.00 stil.

10.0O atendimento e a gentileza de todos os funcionários foi ótima. Miguel é um excelente e bem humorado anfitrião. Oferece um bom café da manhã. Foi o melhor custo benefício da viagem. Mas a Laguna de Bacalar é tão linda que em outra vez buscaria ficar nas margens dela.
