− Impossible to sleep until past 2 am. misleading description and dismissive host I booked this accommodation for three nights but had to leave after just one due to unbearable noise levels. The flat is located on a street with multiple bars blasting loud music until well past 2 AM—something the host conveniently failed to mention in the listing. While I understand that nightlife exists in city centers, I have stayed in historic areas of much larger cities (including Rome) without experiencing anything remotely this disruptive. The real issue, however, is the host’s response. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they turned the blame on me, suggesting that I should have “expected” this level of noise simply because the flat is in a historic center. This is misleading and unacceptable. Nowhere in the listing was this extreme noise situation disclosed, leaving guests to discover it the hard way—when it’s too late to change plans. At the end of the day, the primary purpose of booking accommodation is to sleep!! No matter how nice a place looks or what facilities it offers, if you can’t get a decent night’s rest, it completely defeats the réal purpose. This flat fails at the most fundamental requirement of a stay: providing a space where guests can actually rest. If you are looking for a place to sleep, stay away. The host’s lack of transparency and unwillingness to take responsibility make this an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

− Bar/ nightclub right below the room which was loud. Earplugs were supplied by the hotel but they didn't block out all of the noise. But it was a Saturday night... Also bed was up a spiral staircase.

Perfect.
10.0Responsible persons are very kind and warm people. They constantly asked and wondered if it was comfortable. They explained everything and I feel safe. Cause I came alone and didn't know anything about the city. The breakfast is very close to the hotel and is delicious. The room is being cleaned. incredibly close to the center. Everything was perfect. Thank you again.
− If you have any sense about sound and noise for sleeping or are sensitive it may be problem for you. Cause its very close to the bars. It was no problem for me.
