7.0− We chose this room on Booking because the description clearly stated that it included a kitchenette and a refrigerator. This was also supported by the photos displayed on the room's Booking page. However, upon arrival, we discovered that there was no kitchenette at all. Instead of the full-size refrigerator with a freezer compartment shown in the listing, the room only had a very small minibar refrigerator, which was large enough to hold only a few small bottles. It was not suitable for storing groceries or using as a regular refrigerator. Since the kitchenette and a proper refrigerator were among the main reasons we selected this accommodation, this discrepancy was a significant disappointment. We recommend that the property update both the room description and the photos to accurately reflect the actual amenities provided, so that future guests can make an informed booking decision.
