10.0From the moment we arrived, we were treated like friends by Elizabeth (and her very affectionate but well-trained dog!) Elizabeth was extremely welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble, including tea and homemade cake while sitting in the fabulous garden! The house is beautiful and the room was extremely comfortable, with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect for visiting the North Norfolk coast and villages from Cromer to King's Lynn - in fact, we would have stayed an extra night if we'd realised how convenient it was!
− Unfortunately the local public house has closed down, so we had to travel elsewhere for our evening meal. Elizabeth was able to recommend some fabulous alternatives, however, most of which were not much more than 15 minutes away.

10.0Everything. Liz was an amazing, warm and energetic host. The house and garden are beautiful and a perfect location for us to explore this local area of Norfolk. Room, shower and breakfast wonderful. Thoroughly recommend.
