10.0This is a property that has been lovingly presented for guests to a very high standard. Country lovers will relish the location and it would be difficult to fault the room and facilities including a well kept garden and a short walk down to a river. The hosts contribute to the general ambience and provide an excellent continental breakfast on request.

Excellent country facilities with genuinely caring hosts
10.05*facility, clean, new, with patio doors to the garden, it was a perfect country spot, in wine country with quality kitchenette facilities, we will certainly return to stay there.
− Nothing, the hosts had prepared a fresh continental breakfast, and were genuinely caring as all rental cars were sold out in Picton and they went beyond as hosts & drove us to Blenheim airport to get another car. Special touches all around.
Loved our stay, we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended to all.
