Enjoyable, economic, clean, comfortable, couldn't ask for more.
9.0Location, very near the town but in a quiet area, Rooms, clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great as was the staff both at the front desk and the breakfast, and in the outside seating area, especially since she sat an had a drink with us.
− If I have to complain about something, I guess I'd like to have a key card for the door locks.

10.0David and Maureen were the quintessential New England Inn Keepers! Their inn met every single point of what it takes to make a guest feel at home. The Restaurant was top rate. Delicious, locally sourced food, expertly prepared and more than reasonably priced.

Very comfortable and quaint inn
9.0Location ok, we knew the area, so it was ok for our purposes. The room was spacious, quaint, and clean.... the bed was super comfortable. Check in was a little strange since it was the couple's living room, good thing we saw the "open" sign, so that helped us to know where to go. Owners were super friendly though. We went to the restaurant portion when it opened mid week, and it was very tasty and everyone in there was very friendly, also super casual, so it was laidback.
− Wish we could've had a cancellation or change of date that was closer to the stay, we had booked far in advance, and then the weather was warm and rainy not what we needed for snowboarding. We would have just switched day or exchanged for credit, as we were the only people staying there since weather was not cooperative. For what we paid, it was a waste for us to go all the way up to Maine just to snowboard a couple days out of the 5 nights were there due to the weather taking a downturn and the resorts closing mid-week due to the warm rainy weather. So, the weather has nothing to do with the inn or the owners, but a better cancel/change of reservation policy would help.
