9.0Lovely bed and breakfast, breakfast spread was amazing. Judy was so warm and welcoming and really made us feel at home. We loved that we able to bring our dog with us. Incredible views from the balcony.
− The only downside here was that the spa that is advertised as being a feature, was empty and we were really looking forward to using it too

Cozy stay Kaikoura
9.0The host was wonderful and super friendly but did not impose, parking was great and the room was spotless. There is a balcony with lovely views and a small table where you can sit and enjoy the views. Breakfast was great, it was really nice to have breakfast with the other guests and get a chance to chat. I would love to come back and stay longer. The bed was incredibly comfortable!
− If you are not driving then it it a bit of a walk to other parts of Kaikoura ( the seal colony etc..) It is a house so if you have mobility issues ask to stay on the ground floor.

9.0Judy was very warm and welcoming and gave us good advice on dining out. The breakfast was great and the house very warm and beds comfortable. We enjoyed our homely stay.
