8.0De ligging, het bed, de douche en de gepocheerde eieren De toegang tot de rivier en looppad naar Topsham. Pub dichtbij (Puffing Billy) de gezamenlijke ruimte met TV.
− De kamer waar we in verbleven had een heerlijk buiten, geen zicht op de rivier. Ontbijt is Engels niet intercontinentaal.

Without the VAT, the stay would have been pleasant and fair value. Estuary setting is great.
8.0The host was charming and accomodating. The setting is splendid. The house was clean and tidy, and all the features currently expected were there - coffee, soaps etc.
− The imposition of VAT (almost £100 for five days) wasn't shown on the initial pricing. This wasn't picked up as we received five e-mails (including one that showed the final price) which I didn't open , having looked at two of the other messages. We're either coming or not, and didn't need three reminders. Normally only one is received. A writing table would have helped, and the armchairs are very low. Also, the bed is 5' and we are used to 6'.
