6.0Ubicato nel corso principale di Caserta in un bel palazzo ristrutturato recentemente. Le stanze si trovano al quarto piano, ascensore ampio e nuovo.
− Il gestore era molto più interessato a stare a lungo al telefono per i suoi fatti personali che non a ricevere i clienti, infatti non è stato facile accordarsi per l'arrivo in struttura. Anche al momento del check-in mi ha dato le istruzioni continuando le sue chiamate telefoniche...poco corretto, a mio avviso. Stanza illuminata a malapena, cuscino smilzo e forse già utilizzato. Manca un appoggio per la valigia, ho dovuto utilizzare una sedia. Molta polvere sia sui mobili (armadio) che a terra c'erano anche capelli lunghi in bagno. Dispenser doccia completamente vuoto, c'era un unico flacone di detergente sul lavandino. Manca anche un bicchiere portaspazzolino/per lavarsi i denti e la parete del box doccia mancava di una parte di vetro. Tutto questo nella stanza singola.

9.0Ottima posizione rispetto alla reggia di Caserta. Check-in molto comodo e veloce, parcheggio convenzionato a pagamento vicinissimo. Negozi, bar, ristoranti di ogni tipo.

10.0Camera confortevole e accogliente, pulitissima, in buona posizione, dotata di tutto il necessario. Si può usufruire di una grande cucina comune. Il padrone di casa è attento e disponibile. Ci tornerei sicuramente

8.0Struttura in pieno centro e perfetta per gli spostamenti, camere buona anche per il piccolo balcone
− Da rivedere un pò la manutenzione della doccia ed aggiungere delle zanzariere alle finestre
