9.0Zentral neben dem Dom und Castell gelegen. Wir hatten das ruhige Zimmer im ersten Stock.
Una vacanza? No, un’esperienza extracorporea.
1.0La posizione
− All’arrivo ci hanno accolto in quello che loro chiamano reception: uno sgabuzzino con più polvere che in un deposito archeologico. L’odore? Una fragranza unica, un mix tra muffa, cantina e disperazione. Abbiamo pensato: “vabbè, magari la camera risolleva la situazione”. Illusi. Salendo le scale, ogni gradino era un test di sopravvivenza olfattiva. Arrivati in camera, lo shock: pavimento lurido con una collezione di peli degna di un salone per animali, lenzuola macchiate (probabilmente testimoni di crimini irrisolti) e un bagno che avrebbe fatto rabbrividire perfino gli addetti di CSI. La doccia? Un santuario dedicato al calcare. Lo specchio? Talmente pieno di aloni che potevamo usarlo per osservare eclissi solari senza occhiali protettivi. Facendo notare tutto ciò, l’host manda qualcuno a “pulire”: risultato? Hanno solo cambiato disposizione alla sporcizia. Forse speravano in un effetto ottico. Booking, nel frattempo, assente come i personaggi di contorno nei film di serie B: inutile sperare in soccorsi. In sintesi: più che un pernottamento, un reality show di resistenza estrema. Consigliato solo a chi vuole testare i propri anticorpi o partecipare a un sequel di Non aprite quella porta. Per tutti gli altri: scappate a gambe levate, e se proprio prenotate qui… portatevi almeno l’amuchina e un esorcista.

10.0La ubicación muy buena. Habitación reformada y cómoda a pesar de estar en un edificio antiguo. Giovanni ha estado muy solícito, amable y respetuoso ante cualquier pequeño inconveniente que hemos podido tener. El desayuno incluido muy correcto para empezar el día, con un café muy rico y un croissant (a elegir el relleno) en un bar al lado del alojamiento.

10.0Die Unterkunft ist sehr süss: tolle Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum, tolle Aussicht, eine Dachterrasse. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Der Besitzer Giovanni ist der Beste: er hat uns in der schwierigen Situation sehr geholfen und sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert.
− Der kostenlose Parkplatz in ca.400 m darf auf keinen Fall benutzt werden 10 Minuten nachdem wir da geparkt haben, wurde ein Fenster aufgeschlagen und ins Auto eingebrochen, alle unsere Sachen sind weg. Der liebe Giovanni hat sich sehr rührend um uns gekümmert. Am liebsten bevor Einchecken den Besitzer nach einem sicheren Parkplatz fragen...

6.0Que ens va rebre el propietari directament per fer el check-in i donar-nos les claus. L'esmorzar es seveix en un bar just al devant de la catedral.
