2.0STRANDED. We arrived within the check in time. No key in lock. Nobody answering the door. Nobody answering the phone. They picked up the call and hung up when they realized they messed up. Kept ignoring our phonecall rather than coming to let us in to the room we paid for. They left us stranded. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
