10.0The hosts were great, so accommodating and friendly. It can be difficult to get a taxi in Italy so our host (I believe it was Fabio, I'm so bad with names) took it up on himself to give us a ride to the airport early in the morning for a much more reasonable rate than a taxi. I would be happy to stay there again.

For a place to rest your head it is fine.
7.0Clean and good enough for one night stay, several restaurants in walking distance. The owners were very pleasant. When I asked to use the washing machine in the kitchen the owner insisted I gave her the laundry as she had drying facilities. The clean clothes were delivered back neatly folded the next morning!
− Access was a problem. We sat in the car for over an hour to gain access during the time slot we said we would arrive. An owner was on the property but did not hear the phone or see emails. Once in Google translate app was helpful as my Italian and the owners English were not up to the mark. An advertised kitchen was not available for us to use, it was there but not for guests. The fridge in the room did not work, but we were able to use the one in the main kitchen. There is no seating in the bedroom and the garden was not very inviting although table and two chairs were probably available for us to use.
