7.0We left early in the morning and could not have breakfast. The staff pack us a very nice breakfast pack.
Nice place though, breakfast nice but we had to wipe out the crockery

− The beds were old. The lights did not work. There was no water on the 1st day. The breakfast was mediocre at best and should be dropped as option. The staff are not fully trained to run an effective kitchen.

− Bathrooms were not clean and had mould. Old towels and dirt in grouting in bathroom. Rooms had a slight smell. Fan in bedroom filled with dust. No milk or water in bar fridge in rooms.
Good to know
Au Plais De Langebaan at Palm Tree Villa cannot accommodate guests arriving after 23:00 unless it has been arranged with the property in advance.
Kitchen can only be used after 12pm for 2 hours. If cutlery and crockery is neede please ask.
Use of Kitchen is for B&B only... please ask if you need anything.. like plates, glasses etc. We can put small stove in braai area.
Swimming towels : please bring your own or can be rented at R100 a towel for your stay. Please never use the bathroom towels anywhere else but in your room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
