10.0Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per alcuni giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima sotto ogni punto di vista. Fin dal primo contatto i proprietari si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili, disponibili e rapidissimi nel rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente durante il soggiorno, risolto praticamente nell’immediato, segno di una grande attenzione verso gli ospiti. Ciò che ci ha colpito maggiormente è stato il livello del servizio: più che un semplice B&B, ci siamo sentiti come in un hotel. La camera veniva riordinata e pulita quotidianamente, con cambio di asciugamani e biancheria, un’attenzione che non è affatto scontata. Anche la colazione era sempre ben fornita e costantemente rifornita, facendoci sentire davvero coccolati per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Pulizia impeccabile, ambienti curati, grande cortesia e una posizione strategica, ideale per visitare Potenza e muoversi comodamente alla scoperta della Basilicata. Un soggiorno che ci ha lasciato un’ottima impressione. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, sceglieremmo sicuramente questa struttura ancora una volta. Assolutamente consigliato!
