8.0Excellent location, very clean room and lovely to have a balcony
− A few of the staff weren't as welcoming as would like for speaking to a hotel guest. The one that showed us to our room was brilliant. But even on check out not asked was everything ok, just took key off us not saying anything

− The nightly charge was a little expensive for a pub in a small town.
