Great compared to hotels
9.0Very spacious
− I requested two beds. The only room with two beds was in the basement and one of the beds was a cot. This place is ideal if you only need one bed. Beautiful house, very clean, very close to Charlottetown. Easy to go around town to get to ferry to Nova Scotia. Very enjoyable overall. Owners had filled fridge with snacks and there was a bowl of fresh fruits for all the guests.

Exceeded our expectations - a sparkling clean gem of a place.
10.0What an absolutely stunning place. Sparking clean, brightly lit by abundant windows, beautifully appointed with dishware (particularly nice tea sets!) and furniture, and lovely vistas onto the greenery all around. The proprietor was prompt, friendly, and circumspect. We felt welcome and only wish we stayed longer. The floor to ceiling bay window nook was a particular highlight. The other guests were lovely while we were there, too. If we come back to PEI, this will certainly be where we stay.

Clean and Spacious, but Noise Was an Issue
5.0The place had great amenities and was very spacious, making it comfortable to relax during my stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the host was very communicative, providing clear instructions and responding quickly to any questions. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I appreciated how easy the check-in process and communication were.
− Unfortunately, there was too much noise coming from the room next to mine until after midnight, despite the property’s policy regarding quiet hours. It wasn’t the owner’s fault, but there is definitely a downside to having so many rooms rented out in one place. It was simply bad luck.
