One of Suffolks finest
10.0Ideal location for a peaceful tranquil stay in modern purpose built chalets, well equipped and very comfortable. Very worthy of a 4 star rating. Hosts and staff were very welcoming and friendly, eager to help. The cooked breakfast is one of the best we have had in 10yrs of staying in various Hotels and we would definitely return.
− The underfloor heating was slightly too warm due to time of year.

9.0Easy to find, very pretty location in quiet countryside setting. Lovely ground floor 'stable' type rooms with own little courtyard seating area out back of main building which is now a (breakfast and) Wedding/Events space but perhaps was once a country pub/restaurant. Great access. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, providing clear communication - and electric fans as our visit was on one of hottest evenings of the year! Breakfast made fresh to order and high quality ingredients used throughout.
− Not much at all - Being very picky room security could be improved a little, as to have open windows means to offer access to room easily from outside with no way of locking them 'half open'. Beds were super-soft, might be a bit of a challenge for those with back issues? Nevertheless a lovely stay.
