Utter disappointment from the arrival

− You book a ground floor room with 2 beds. Check in time is confirmed. You drive 2 hours and the owner is absent and does not answer the calls. When he finally appears, he offers you a top floor double. You are not happy and you are offered an upgrade. Once you drop your bag in the upgraded room, you are told that someone has paid a full price and your only option is a top floor double. Which is small, hot and not comfortable. Breakfast is minimalistic with no items for public to share: no fruit, yoghurts or even jams. We were happy we only booked one night in this place.
Tony was an excellent host and nothing was to much trouble.
10.0Breakfast choice was excellent from fruit to the full English all cooked fresh. The dining room was clean and well laid out sauces available on request, breakfast orders taking for the next day and you could have b/fast at a time that suited you.
