Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. The location was amazing and the Hall was very beautiful, especially the drawing room lounge and entrance areas. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, the cleanliness was excellent and the bathroom was also very clean and well presented. We enjoyed our stay very much and it made our holiday a wonderful experience. Everything about our stay was perfect.

Nothing.

Enjoyable one night stay in remote detached property.

Beautiful detached property with a lot of character. Free parking Beautifully decorated home. Clean and tidy Good breakfast Very quiet and dark in the night

Out in the countryside so have to drive to get to anywhere like a pub or Host was not very friendly The room was very small which was not what I expected or I believed I had booked but was told by the Host that this was the room I had booked so maybe needs addressing with Booking.com as not very clear at time of booking.

Beautifully restored grand country home in spectacular surrounding countryside.

9.0

This is the most beautifully restored grand country home, owned and lovingly restored by your hosts, who live on the property. There were plenty of village pubs in the area for lunches and dinners. The countryside around the home is spectacular - we were there at the end of spring, but I'm sure that every season must have it's own special appeal. The bed was comfortable with lovely linen. The room and bathroom were clean and tastefully decorated.

Our room ("Little Nellie") was a bit small for 2 people travelling with two big suitcases and no formal cupboard space. Maybe more suitable for a single person or 2 people with overnight bags. It was the however the smallest room in the house, was the last room available when we booked and I'm still glad that we went there.
