10.0-The kindest most welcoming family ever -The sweetest dog -Monkeys visited every day for leftover bananas -Lovely spacious and comfortable bed -They did laundry for us -They drove us to other towns nearby by tuktuk -Delicious breakfast every morning cooked by Chanu’s mother -They stocked Kombucha and beers -Lovely relaxing area to watch the beautiful view -They welcome us with fresh coconuts and the warmest smiles - we felt like part of the family! We are so sad to leave. We want to thank Chanu with his amazing family ever for our perfect stay. Thank you all, and we hope to be back in the near future!!!

10.0Chanu und seine Familie waren außerordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend, höflich und bescheiden. Wir haben uns bei ihnen wie zuhause gefühlt. Nur ein paar Beispiele: - Wir durften kostenlos unser Elektro Tuktuk aufladen. Als wir Chanus Papa ein kleines Trinkgeld angeboten haben, wollte er das erst gar nicht annehmen. - Chanu hat sich häufig ganz freundlich mit uns unterhalten, uns Tipps gegeben und uns bei einer frühmorgendlichen Tour zum Whale Watching nach Mirissa mit dem Scooter begleitet, um sicherzugehen, dass alles klappt. - Seine Mama macht tolles Frühstück, das wir mit Blick auf den Strand genießen konnten. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Der Außenbereich ist total toll mit Hängematten, Schaukeln und einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Außerdem kommen regelmäßig Äffchen vorbei, die man füttern kann. Zum ruhigen Strand sind es etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben dort 2 riesige Schildkröten gesehen.
− Das Homestay liegt etwas außerhalb, aber man ist mit dem TukTuk oder Scooter in 10 Minuten unten im Ort.
A home away from home!
10.0We felt extremely comfortable and happy here. Our room was spacious and light and the views all around the property are stunning. There is so much wildlife on display here including, of course, the monkeys! The best thing about staying here though was how well treated we were. The breakfast and dinner were incredible and a great introduction to Sri Lankan food and we were continuously greeted by smiles and laughter and caring questions about how we slept and what we needed. One of my favourite stays in Asia.
