7.0Lovely house, short walk from the pub. Nice breakfast but dining room a little dark. Host was lovely.
− Upon arrival the host had mixed her weeks up so wasnt aware we were arriving. This resulted in our room not being ready despite the booking being comfirmed. She was apologetic and our room was ready around 40 mins later. Room was nice but the shower ran cold after a short while.

8.0The host was very welcoming. Very comfortable bed excellent modern shower and super breakfasts.
− As we spent our time walking along the coast, there was a lot more driving than expected but quite convenient for Alnwick and inland.
Very restful but with lots of places of interest.
10.0Sally the owner was very friendly and helpful.. the house is set in a very peaceful garden and village but not far from Alnwick and other places of interest.the room was very clean, with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits, also very useful was the fridge provided. Lovely bathroom very clean.

9.0Sally was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Fresh fruit & berries were delicious. Rooms were very comfortable, and included an in-room refridgerator.
− Driveway access was a bit difficult.
In Short-stunning and in the middle of one of Englands hidden treasures.
10.0Lovely older building in a very picturesque part of the country. The owner was the perfect host. The decor was traditional but the bathroom was for me the star of the show!
− Only 1 thing was a minor issue, getting onto the short drive to the house.
