10.0Very friendly owner Marco, helps guests with everything. Thanks to him! Marco's house is almost the most beautiful and well-kept in Follonica, decorated with great taste. It's just a few minutes walk from the train station, 7 minutes to the beach. Nice shared patio. The shared kitchen has everything you need, even tea, which is rare in Italy. Everything in the room is quite comfortable, good shower. We recommend the free beach along the park Pineta di Ponente. There is also a big supermarket Conad behind the park.
− We lived in a room on the ground floor, so it was noisy at night due to passing cars and motorcycles. We were especially concerned about the car cleaning the street at 5 o'clock in the morning. Perhaps the upper floors are less noisy. But from our room there was direct access to the kitchen and patio.
