10.0Everything about the place was outstanding, this had been the second time that my family and I stayed at the Executive house. It is our go to place in Newcastle

8.0I selected "smoke preference" room, this option was available on the booking, this is the reason for booking with this unit instead of others, when I requested via the "talk to host" I did not get a reply. when guests arrived they were informed "smoking not allowed" not happy with this. to date still waiting response from the "host"
