9.0Arredato con molto gusto, spazioso, molto pulito, comodissima posizione in pieno centro, colazione convenzionata in una struttura sotto casa e davvero molto buona, il proprietario molto disponibile e sempre presente per ogni evenienza. Apprezzatissimo il self check in e check out. Nulla da eccepire davvero, consigliatissimo
− Nulla era tutto perfetto. Aggiungerei una doppia tenda oscurante per un po' più di buio la mattina ma è solo un mio sfizio, il posto andava benissimo

8.0Camera in appartamento al 3° piano senza ascensore di un palazzo al centro di Campobasso. Arredamento moderno e gradevole Balcone con affaccio sulla piazza Ottimo bagno Host che risponde tempestivamente ai messaggi. Ottimo ristorante sotto casa.
− Un pò la pulizia da migliorare (qualche capello in giro c'era) La colazione troppo basica (Cornetto e Cappuccino e Stop): invogliare il Bar a servire anche una alternativa salata.
