La situation en plein centre-ville, la présence d'un restaurant et la possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner.

− L'employée qui s'est occupée de moi était antipathique. Ma chambre n'était pas bien située (au rez-de-chaussée et exposée aux regards depuis l'extérieur) et la terrasse du rez-de-chaussée, voisine de ma chambre, n'était pas très attrayante.
