− Your toilets and showers are communal and the showers are very small.Privacy is not so satisfactory and also the wooden floor is very noisy even the rooms don’t have tv just to accommodate people you must go seat in an open space for tv. No towels for showers 😞😞

Clean beds

− My stay at this property was extremely disappointing due to the excessive noise and the complete lack of assistance from the host and property security. During my stay, a large group of guests was hosting a party with loud music, shouting, and constant noise throughout the entire night. The disturbance started in the evening and continued until approximately 4:00 a.m. It was impossible to get any rest or sleep, which completely defeated the purpose of booking accommodation. As soon as it became clear that the noise was not stopping, I contacted the property host to report the issue and ask for assistance. Unfortunately, the response was ineffective, and no meaningful action was taken to resolve the situation. I also approached the property's security, expecting them to enforce the property's rules regarding noise and ensure that all guests could enjoy a peaceful stay. Regrettably, they were equally unhelpful, and the party continued uninterrupted until the early hours of the morning. As a paying guest, I expected a safe, quiet, and comfortable environment. Instead, I spent the entire night listening to loud music and disruptive behavior without any support from the people responsible for managing the property. The lack of accountability from both the host and the security staff was unacceptable and made me feel that the comfort and wellbeing of other guests were not a priority. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. If the property cannot enforce its own rules or respond appropriately to serious disturbances, guests should be made aware before booking. My experience was frustrating, exhausting, and far below the standard I expected.
