− We arrived to an empty house. We phoned the hosts and left a message twice. We also sent an email. We waited for fory five minutes but received nothing back and had to make other arrangements. We have yet to receive a response

− The owner was unwell and when I arrived I was asked to come back in half an hour after hearing that they didnt want to have guests staying so was very stressful and time wasting. I dont know how the booking still took place under the circumstances
