Perfect stay, beautiful location. Really lovely host who showed us around the house and the property and let us sample some of the gin! So relaxing - I wish I could have stayed longer!!

The most tranquil stay I have ever had

- Starting off, Trish the host is incredible! Trish was so lovely to communicate with pre stay, everything was so clear and she even allowed us to check in slightly earlier! - Trish met us on arrive and gave us a full tour, she was unbelievably warm and welcoming- even offered us flower from her beautiful garden to take home with us. - the food provided was beautiful, she baked a fresh loaf of bread which was delicious and smelt amazing, and the fresh plums were the best I’ve had all season. - the accommodation was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well looked after - the kitchen had everything you could want / need! - we booked pre wedding and were able to stream the bridesmaids the night before which was amazing! - the wider property was BEAUTIFUL! The sheep, lavender fields, city views, sunsets, lemon trees, ALPACAS!!!! - I couldn’t recommend this place more as a pre wedding / getting ready accommodation!

Privacy and beautiful outlook. Trish was so helpful and very hospitable. We loved our gin tour and the food left in the fridge for our breakfasts was delicious. Easy uber into Riverhead too.

This was one of the most heartwarming stays we've ever had! The Lavender Hill and the farm is beautiful and peaceful, a true escape from the busy Auckland. But what truly made it special was the host, Trish who is incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful in every way. From the warm greetings to the farm tour and the little touches throughout our stay, you can tell they genuinely care . The happy animals (lovely sheep and alpacas), rolling fields, the fresh air, the cozy accommodations, and a rustic charm that’s hard to find nowadays, everything was perfect! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with top-tier hospitality nestled in comfort and peace, look no further. This farm stay was an absolute dream. Pure joy from start to finish... We can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommended!

The setting for this property was fantastic, very peaceful. The house was great and comfortable and the breakfast provided was such a nice touch. Trish was lovely and easy to deal with and our group had a wonderful time.
