Utterly disgusting!

− Mattress was old and lumpy, the room was filthy (I have taken photographs to prove this) , the overwhelming smell of air freshener did not mask the smell of stale cigarette smoke, also the bathroom smelt of urine. Snot stuck to walls! Also, the bedding smelt unclean and I had to put a t-shirt over the pillow.This place feels like it’s an HMO most of the time. Basic doesn’t even begin to describe it.
