10.0Location was excellent. Breakfast was wholesome and light, just brilliant. Coffee was very tasty also.

Beautiful, comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
10.0Kate and Rick have gone the extra mile with all the little extras - biscuits and fresh (real) milk for coffee, Netflix accounts and extra blankets. The gardens are absolutely stunning and it’s the perfect distance from town if you like a good walk along the river.
