La location è di una bellezza strabiliante. Quando siamo arrivati, non potevamo credere ai nostri occhi. Gli esterni, soprattutto, sono incredibili e anche gli interni e le stanze sono semplicemente perfetti.

Nice Sicilian Villa near Punta Secca, missed Luxury Garden

The quality of the villa is very good for the area and spacious for families and large groups. The pool is ideal. The Kitchen is generally well equipped. Considerate welcome for a very late check-in. Primary host 'T.G.' very friendly & reactive.

− Cats & cat hair everywhere in outdoor area. Luxury Garden including waterfall and play area not prepared in late June and largely unusable. No cleaning service in a 16 day stay including fresh towels or sheets. No clear front door lock (just shutters lock). Temporary gym rented out in adjoining garage area of overall villa, differing visitors entering via manual unlocked gate daily. Villa Sebastian in adjoining space can host numerous groups & members. The overall property & service needs alot more proactive attention to be considered a 'luxury garden' experience for the class level of this booking.

Very nice, well presented property with well landscaped gardens.

− We only booked this property as our previous two bookings were canceled by the owners and we were struggling to find a place to stay after a long day driving. When we arrived, the gentleman greeted us and showed us to our room and he was generally pleasant. It’s a shame I cannot say the same about the woman who verbally attacked me for leaving the door open and apparently let the cat in while I was unloading the car. I apologised but she wasn’t letting it go. The room was cold and I accepted that as we hadn’t given a lot of notice of our arrival. What I couldn’t accept was that she said that she wouldn’t heat the room because we arrived with short notice and that we had to use the blankets supplied in the room! No effort was made to provide alternative heating and we had to endure an uncomfortably cold night. I will not return nor recommend this property due to the attitude of the host, which is a shame because the property is otherwise very nice and the gentleman that greeted us was very pleasant.

The breakfast was excellent, served in a little glass room in the garden surrounded by palms and man made waterfalls. The facility is decorated to a very high standard and there is excellent sitting space both inside and outside. Its main attrtaction for my wife was the closeness to Punta Secca, the location of Montalbano's apartment.

− The air conditioning could have been a little more effective, but in the end we didnt need it as the temperature of the room was fine. Could be an issue in hotter weather.
