10.0Perfect location between the high street and the beach. Parking out the front with good sized accessible spaces. Room was clean and well furnished with good natural light, a well stocked tea/coffee station, Smart TV and a comfy bed. Bathroom was modern and clean with a hot well pressured shower. Owners were available, friendly and clearly take a great deal of pride in the property and their service. Breakfast was perfect, cooked to perfection, hot and delicious with a good choice of food. Would recommend this stay to anyone considering staying in Southbourne for any number of nights.

10.0So much to like about this property and the hosts. Location is great, 5 minute walk to the beach front one way and same the other to the local town (shops and restaurants). The breakfast set up is absolutely brilliant, ordering the night before and it delivered to the room was the perfect start to our days and the breakfast itself is so good, quality ingredients and portions. Free parking is an added bonus. The hotel itself was so clean, tidy, modern fittings making a super comfortable stay. The hosts have thought about every single detail, we couldn’t recommend it more.

Great place to stay in Southbourne easy walk to beach and high street.
10.0Lovely house, spotlessly clean, lovely touch of fresh complimentary brownies and sweeties in the hallway, also a few snacks and drinks in the fridge 😋 Breakfast was exceptional, good quality food and huge portions brought up to room on a trolley every morning. We stayed in the lovely loft room which was spacious with a dining table. Patrick and Jane were very friendly and happy to help with any questions on the area.

10.0It is an excellent location with the beach and great restaurants a few minutes walk away. The breakfast is fantastic, with a great choice, and it is brought to your room in the morning at the time of your choice. The room is spacious and spotless, with excellent facilities.
