10.0Jo was so friendly and accommodating. Great sense of humour and nothing is too much trouble. The room was very clean and had all the facilities you could ask for. The hamper breakfast was a bonus. Great location to get to the beach and a little corner shop should you need anything.

10.0We were greeted with a warm friendly welcome from Adam and Jo and immediately felt at home.. The rooms were immaculate and decorated to a very high standard, This is no ordinary B&B they have made sure that their purpose is to make guests as comfortable as possible.

One of the best stays I've ever had
10.0The location is great and convenient but what stuck the most was the hospitality of Joanne! She is a really friendly and lovely host! The rooms are great, spacious and comfortable! There is also a daily breakfast hamper delivered to your door every morning with bagels, cereal, yoghurt, coffee/tea etc. This was truly an excellent experience and stay!
Brilliant host, lovely accommodation, perfect location!
10.0Our stay here was fantastic in every way. Jo, the host was genuinely lovely - she was so welcoming, gave us some great recommendations for places to visit in the local area, and a great laugh too! The room was also great; really clean and spacious, and the b&b was located in a perfect spot, only 5 minutes away from the seafront. Thank you Jo for such a brilliant stay, we will absolutely be coming back here again!
Immaculate Room, in perfect location for the Beach, Town & Restaurants
10.0Perfect location, short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Bus stops at the end of the road for Ramsgate & Margate. Room was immaculate and the owners were really friendly and very helpful.
