− Upon arrival at the gate, there was no intercom available, which required us to call out and wait for a considerable period before someone eventually came to open the door. The staff displayed a notably nonchalant attitude and a lack of attentiveness. Furthermore, the shower did not have hot water, and we were merely instructed by a staff member to use the bathtub instead, without any apology for the inconvenience caused. In addition, none of the hosts were welcoming, nor did they introduce themselves or provide us with their names, which contributed to an overall unsatisfactory experience.
