Quiet relaxing stay in a lovely old house in a small village about 10 miles outside of Shrewsbury.
10.0Quiet location. Philip the owner was very friendly and welcoming. The room and bed were very comfortable and the location was ideal for visiting Shrewsbury with a pub 2 miles down the road which served excellent food. Lovely garden to relax in.

8.0Reasonable price. Clean, friendly good breakfast.
− The single room doesn’t have an en-suite but a separate bathroom apparently dedicated to the single room. The doubles have en-suite bathrooms. No air conditioning but a small fan. Given it was one of the hottest days of the year was inadequate. However for the other 360+ days this wouldn’t be a problem.
