7.0Absolutely gorgeous setting, clean room, beautiful view, attentive host
− Surprised there wasn’t a fridge or microwave in the room, no seating other than the bed, might have been the holiday weekend but there were little kiddos there most of the weekend (family of staff I believe) so the main areas felt like staying with family rather than a B&B for adults. We’ve got kiddos and love them, but didn’t expect them at an B&B that says it’s not suitable for kids under 12. Also seemed like the place was struggling or in a transition, grass and garden were overgrown and breakfast was not what it seemed in ads or other reviews. Still quality ingredients (the yogurt parfaits were excellent).
Serene and Comfortable
10.0The hostess provided yummy breakfast and amazing sack lunches. The room was super comfortable, and we loved seeing the sun rise and set on the nearby rock formations. The facility was very quiet.
Very nice place to stay if you plan on staying In Boulder.
8.0Annie's Place was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The host was kind and very responsive. The bed was comfortable with easy access to the outdoors. The night sky is beautiful.
− One of the sinks in the bathroom had no cold water. The location was nice, however, it was not obvious which road to take. Once we figured that out, it was no problem. We thought it was a bit pricey. However, we would probably stay there again.

10.0Das Hotel liegt im Irgendwo, zwischen Bryce Canyon und Torrey / Capitol Reef NP. Die Fahrt dahin geht immerhin durch eine attraktive Gegend. Es handelt sich um einen kleinen, älteren Gebäudekomplex, der gekonnt eingerichtet bzw. renoviert wurde, um alles auf einen modernen Standard zu bringen. Sehr viele Haken im Zimmer und im Bad. Die Heizung mit einem Gasofen ist dekorativ und wirkt sehr gut. Das Eckzimmer hatte schöne Aussicht. Rehe („deers“) laufen dort herum. Von der Vermieterin frisch bereitetes Frühstück, mit richtigem Geschirr und Besteck. WIFI war bei uns in Ordnung,
− Zufahrt über Feldweg, dürfte nachts bei der ersten Ankunft etwas unangenehm sein. Viel Auswahl zum Essen gibt es in diesem Dorf nicht, in der einsamen Gegend drum herum noch weniger.Der "Hell's Backbone Grill" war aber gut.
