Friendly staff. Neat, clean.

− No mirror in the room. Had to ask for a kettle. No coffee and tea in room but was made available after we asked.

The location was very good. The customer service was excellent. I was particularly humbled by their understanding since we came later than the time we had agreed.

− The confusion, we booked a family room, but the room prepared seemed to something else.
