10.0Rumah Kundun was without a doubt one of the most memorable places we stayed during our entire trip to Indonesia. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The location is excellent—within walking distance of both the beach and the port, making it incredibly convenient while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. What truly makes this place exceptional is the host. She is one of the kindest, warmest, and most caring people we have ever met. Her genuine hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like friends. She was always happy to help, gave great local recommendations, and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The service here is simply outstanding. Every little thing is done with love and attention, creating an atmosphere that is impossible to forget. The rooms are comfortable, everything is clean, and the entire property feels cozy and full of positive energy. If you're looking for more than just a place to sleep—if you want a place that leaves you with beautiful memories and makes you feel at home—Rumah Kundun is the perfect choice. We left with the warmest impressions and would happily come back again. Highly, highly recommended!

9.0Kade, en recepción, es una excelente persona! Nos recibió y nos ayudó muchisimo con información local. Además le regalo una pulserita a mi novia la cual quedo super fantástica! Todo el personal super amable! Buenas camas! No pagamos por aire acondicionado, con el ventilador estuvo muy bien.
− La falta de agua caliente es importante para algunos huéspedes, como a mi novia, no es mi caso. Tienen dos hermosos gatitos que se ve estan aprendiendo, pero habían hecho pipí y popó cerca de nuestra habitación. No me molesta pero entiendo que puede ser incómodo.

10.0Beautiful place, very cozy, absolutely incredible and full of character. The design is so beautiful, it honestly feels like a fairytale. I absolutely love it. The host is super friendly, speaks English very well, and is very modern and open minded. She was always helping me and giving recommendations about where to eat and helping with any questions I had. I would happily stay here again. The location is also very quiet and peaceful.
